That inhuman person who stuffed her newborn baby in a plastic bag and threw it out of a window is a complete SADIST! How can you DO something like that? People are dying for babies, people treat their babies like precious gemstones, AND YOU THROW YOURS OUT OF A WINDOW?

I hope that person gets what she deserves and that the baby rests in peace.
