Omg Liu Xiang pulled out! So sad ok! Imagine having the whole nation's hope on your shoulders. Injured Achilles tendon. Pretty serious. I remember myself, my mom and aunt waiting to watch him run during the heats. When he came out of the changing rooms, the whole stadium cheered. When he was preparing to start, he already grimaced. I saw his face. When it was a false start, you could see him limping already.

Whole stadium shocked. People cried. It was a sad day for China. :(


Usain Bolt is awesome. :D Won the 100m and 200m gold with new world records.

This holiday has pretty much been a lazy holiday. I would sleep at the wee hours of the morning and wake up at noon. :/ I feel very useless. == Sigh. And its already Thursday!
